However, if you want to do something really special, why not hire an audiovisual music package to add to your event? I can project your favourite music videos onto a large screen throughout your entertainment, or I can show stunning graphics presentations and projections. If you are looking for something more personal, I could also build a photo montage slideshow that can be screened at your dinner or throughout the party.
During the actual 'disco' or music entertainment, I can play videos from my extensive music video collection. This collection is very comprehensive for all music since the 1990's and pretty good for stuff from the 80's. Videos from the 50's and 60's are much harder to get hold of, but I have a few and buying more all the time. The 70's is very much inbetween; some of the disco hits are on video plus artists like Bowie, Bryan Ferry, Abba etc.
The video screen can also be used for displaying photos in a slide show. In past events this has been used to show a montage of the Bride and Grooms childhood/lives, pictures from the Stag and Hen nights, and photos from your wedding day itself. These could be rapidly put together from the digital files on your main photographer's camera or even from your guest’s digital cameras, enabling you to view your own First Dance minutes afterwards!
If you are seeking to motivate and reward your staff, what better way to do this than remind them of the achievements of the past year. A photo montage can be ideal for Awards Ceremonies, company conferences and can also include your Company/Sponsors logos to get some extra advertising and branding across to your audience.

Some clients have had these photo slideshows shown non-stop during the meal and then interspersed with music videos during the disco section, while other clients have just had the photos and no music videos at all.
I use a 21" flat screen as part of my standard rig, which hangs from the lighting bar. For an additional fee a much larger widescreen can be used.
